  • Breastfeeding friendly site throughout (although, a private space is available on request).
  • High chairs and children’s meals available at the cafe.
  • Children under 4 years old access is free of charge.
  • Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or more.

Accessibility information

  • Free entry to all dedicated carers accompanying a disabled paying visitor.
  • All guide and assistance dogs for any visitor are welcome.
  • Level access to all areas for wheelchairs and mobility scooters including the entrance, galleries and café.
  • The museum has two wheelchairs available for visitor use.

  • Tuesday - Sunday, during school term time: 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.
