  • The bus cannot carry mobility scooters or some large wheelchairs. The maximum weight allowed on the ramp is 300kg, which is the weight of the wheelchair when occupied.

  • Last Bus: 5:00 pm from Stop #1: Green Park Underground (Piccadilly - next to the Ritz, by entry to Green Park tube station)
  • Full Circuit Time: 2.5 hours (approx.)
  • Bus Frequency: every 10-20 minutes.

Blue Route

  • First Bus: 8:00 am from Stop #24: Victoria, Nova Complex. Corner Buckingham Palace Road and Bressenden Place (outside Sourced restaurant).
  • Last Bus: 5:00 pm from Stop #24: Victoria, Nova Complex. Corner Buckingham Palace Road and Bressenden Place (outside Sourced restaurant).
  • Full Circuit Time: 3 hours, 30 minutes (approx.)
  • Bus Frequency: every 20-30 minutes
  • First Bus: 8:30 am from Stop #44: Woburn (opposite Russel Court)
  • Last Bus: 5:00 pm from Stop #44: Woburn (opposite Russel Court)

London Night Tour

  • Departure: 6:00 pm from Stop #11: London Eye (Westminster Bridge Road (bus stop next to Lion Statue, outside London Marriot County Hall)

  • Bus Frequency: one Night Tour per evening.

Thames River cruise information

  • Board at Tower Pier (near Stop #17), Waterloo Pier (near Stop #13) or Westminster Pier (near Stop #19) for a one-way journey.
  • Tours are approximately every 15 minutes in the summer and every 30-40 minutes in winter and last approximately 30 minutes.
  • To collect your river cruise pass, please present your booking confirmation to a Big Bus Tours staff member first.

Walking tour information

A choice of 4 walking tours is included in Essential and Explore tickets, with each tour lasting approximately 1.5 hours:

  • Royal Walk: 10:00 am from stop 7 at Trafalgar Square
  • Jack the Ripper: 1:30 pm from stop 16 at Tower of London
  • Tales of the City: 4:00 pm from stop 16 at Tower of London

Show your QR code to a Big Bus Tours uniformed member of staff and you’ll be given a paper ticket. Note: There is a 20 passenger limit per each booking. If you wish to book more than 20 tickets, please note that it may not be guaranteed that everyone will get on the same bus as it depends on the capacity on the day.
