- Wheelchairs are accepted on board provided it is less than 10 kg and a member of the party is able to lift them onto the coach. Please note that there are around 7 steps up to the door of the coach.
- Please note, there are quite a few stairs within the White Tower at the Tower of London, and there is currently no disabled access.
- Unfortunately, this tour is unable to accept mobility scooters.
- Please, inform us in advance if you intend to bring a wheelchair.

- There is a choice to take the river cruise on another day and instead finish the tour at the Tower of London (instead of Westminster Pier).
- St Paul’s Cathedral is closed to visitors on Sundays and for special events. There will be a stop for photographs outside St Paul’s Cathedral and the visit to the Tower of London will be longer.
