  • Children under 16 years old must hold a ticket and be accompanied by a paying adult over 16 years old.

Accessibility information

  • Only folding wheelchairs are allowed on board the coaches.
  • Assistance dogs are permitted on board.
  • You will also be required to climb the stairs on and off the coach with assistance from your helper. Buses staff are not able to assist due to Health and Safety reasons.
  • Please contact our team before booking should you require further accessibility information regarding the experience.

Additional information

  • The ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours from the moment you board the bus. 
  • Please dress appropriately, keep in mind the weather in Belfast can be cold at any time of the year: comfortable shoes and warm clothing.

  • Multiligual audio guide available is six languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Chinese.

Guests can use their Belfast Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tours tickets at any time during opening hours.

  • Duration: 75-90 minutes.
  • Anytime ticket holders should arrive at least 30 minutes before their chosen timeslot at peak times.
  • If the last timeslot of the day is full, the ticket’s provider will honour the ticket for the following day.

The regular operating times of the tours are the following: 

  • Winter Season - October - March

    • Daily: Buses run every 20 minutes. First bus: 10:00 am. Last Tour 3:00 pm.
  • Summer Season - April - September
    • Daily: Buses run every 20 minutes. First bus: 10:00 am. Last Tour 4:30 pm.
