We recommend customers to arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
Customers are required to bring a valid mobile or printed ticket to access the tour.
The selected ticket validity starts on the first hop-on.
Unlimited usage within your chosen timeframe, except for London by Night service.
Children information
- Children under 17 years old must travel accompanied by an 18 years old paying adult.
- Children under five travel free of charge.
Accessibility information
- The sightseeing buses are able to store foldable wheelchairs and mobility scooters. However, boarding on the coach will involve some stairs and being able to transfer to a fixed sea.
- For safety reasons, the staff cannot help customers with mobility issues boarding the coach.
- Due to the fast-paced nature of the tours, we recommend customers with mobility issues contact our team before booking.

The Hop-On Hop-Off London Bus Tour operates throughout the year at the following times:
- Blue route: departures from each stop every 20 minutes.
- Daily: 08:49 am - 16:54 pm (last full loop).
- Red route: departures from each stop every 30 minutes.
- Daily: 08:24 am - 16:54 pm (last full loop).
- Orange route: departures from each stop every 60 minutes.
- Daily: 09:06 am - 17:22 pm (last full loop).
- Thames River Cruise: departures every 30 minutes.
Please note that last minute changes to routes and timetables may occur.

- Customers can join the tour at any stop along the routes. Each bus stop is clearly signposted with the words Golden Tours displayed below the Transport for London logo. Each stop will also feature a number along the route.
