Children information
- Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children under 5 years are free of charge.
- Parents, please be aware that this experience is not recommended for very young children.
Due to flash and strobe lighting the experience is not suitable for children under 11 years old.

- The London Bridge Experience takes place in a historic building have step-free access and facilities including a lift and some wheelchair access.
- Free carer or assistant can access free of charge with a paying adult with reduced mobility. The venue may ask for your disability badge on arrival and for carer’s ID.
- Please contact our team before booking should you require further accessibility information regarding the experience.
