Prepare for the experience

  • All passengers need to go to the point of departure as shown on their ticket where they will be able to board the next available coach by showing their e-ticket to the driver
  • Leave enough time for travelling in case the first bus you try to board is full. Allow at least 15 minutes before your chosen time of departure
  • To ensure a stress-free travel on your way back home, get to the airport three hours before your scheduled flight departure time
  • Children information

    • Only a child under 3 years old travels (on parents laps) free of charge, the rest must hold a valid Child ticket
    • If you are travelling with more than one child aged 0-3, you will need to purchase a Child ticket for each additional child
    • Children under 15 years-old must travel accompanied by a paying adult aged 16 or over
    • Children aged 15 and over can travel on their own, although unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian
