Children information
- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Please parents or guardians contact the provider after booking confirmation to inform about how many children are in your group and their ages to get the right-sized bikes.
- Also note that, unfortunately, the provider does not have toddler trailers.
- Children up to 12 years old or 45kg (100lbs) without good bike handling skills can ride accompanied by a grown-up one of the 2-wheeled tandems available.
- All riders over 45kg (100 lbs) must ride their own bicycle.

Additional information
- No training wheels are available for adults or children less confident in their riding ability.
- All extra small 20-inch and small 24-inch bikes are equipped with both hand brakes.
- Bring your own lock as the provider’s insurance only covers their own bicycles.
- The tour route is easy and most of the time is spent on bike lanes within the Royal Parks.
- Expect some road riding and crossings so a basic level of cycling proficiency is required.
- Bring your luggage if needed, the provider may store it in its shop while out on tour.
