  • Children up to 17 years old must attend accompanied by a paying adult.

Accessibility information

  • Wheelchairs are accepted on board provided they weigh less than 10kg and can be lifted onto the coach by a member of the party.
  • Please note that there are around 7 steps up to the door of the coach.
  • Unfortunately, this tour is unable to accept mobility scooters.
  • Please inform us in advance if you intend to bring a wheelchair.

Additional information

  • Guests can choose whether to take their Afternoon Tea before or after visiting Westminster Abbey:

    • Joining documents will be issued by the supplier’s team members on the day.

    • Guests should present their tickets separately as follows:

      • for Afternoon Tea at the Cellarium present it on arrival at the Cellarium

      • for Westminster Abbey entry please present your ticket at the North Door of Westminster Abbey.

  • When there is no Guard Change at Buckingham Palace, a visit to Horse Guards Parade will take place instead.
  • Duration: 3 hours. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

The tour’s regular operating times are the following:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays all year:
    • Boarding time: 08:30am
    • Tour Starts: 09:00am

    • Tour End Time: 12:00pm approx.

Westminster Abbey and Afternoon Tea at The Cellarium Cafe:

  • The rest of the itinerary is at leisure.
    • Note that last admission to visit Westminster Abbey is 02:30 pm.

    • Afternoon Tea is served up until 05:00 pm in the Cellarium Cafe & Terrace.

    • Westminster Abbey is 10-15 minutes’ walk from Evan Evans’ office or guests can take the Underground from ‘Victoria’ to ‘Westminster’ at own cost.

    • Itinerary finishes at Westminster Abbey, 20 Dean’s Yard, London SW1P 3PA.

    • Joining documents will be issued by Evan Evans team members on the day. Guests should present their tickets separately as follows - for Afternoon Tea at the Cellarium present it on arrival at the Cellarium; for Westminster Abbey entry please present your ticket at the North Door of Westminster Abbey.

  • Departure Point: Victoria Coach Station (opposite Gate 1), 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP.
    • Victoria Coach Station is a 10-15-minute walk from London Victoria Station and Victoria Underground Station.
  • Tour End Point: Evan Evans office, 258 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1BS.
  • Westminster Abbey and Afternoon Tea at The Cellarium Cafe: at leisure.
  • Nearest station: London Victoria Train and Underground Stations. It is serviced by the Victoria, District and Circle Lines and is in Travel Zone 1.
