  • Children under 5 years old can access free of charge but must have a ticket.
  • Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 16 years old and over.

Accessibility information

  • There is no charge for carers accompanying disabled visitors.
  • The ground floor of the Royal Pavilion and the gardens are accessible to wheelchair users.
  • Access to the first floor is via a staircase only but the interactive audio guide includes a video tour of the first floor for visitors unable to use the stairs.
  • Guide, assistance and support dogs are allowed.
  • Please do contact us if you require further accessibility information before booking the experience.

Additional information

  • The audio guide is a free web app. There is no need to download it in advance of your visit, but it does require a live data connection
  • There are interactive audio guides available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Mandarin and British Sign Language.

The museum’s regular operating times are the following:

  • April - September
    • Daily: 09.30 am - 05.45 pm (last entry at 05:00 pm).
  • October – March
    • Daily: 10:00 am - 05.15 pm (last entry at 04:30 pm). 

The Royal Pavilion Tea by Sugardough is open daily from 9am to 6pm, located next to the Royal Pavilion Shop.
