Accessibility information

All boats are wheelchair and pram accessible
All piers are accessible with the exception of Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers
All of the boats have audible next stop announcements on board. If you have difficulty hearing, please ask one of the crew to indicate your stop to you once on board
Guide or Assistance dog are permitted on board without charge

Mobility aids:

For safety reasons, we are not able to accommodate all mobility aids. In order to board with your mobility scooter, it must first be reviewed by the Safety Team.

To check if your mobility scooter can be accommodated on the vessels and to receive your Mobility Aid Card, please email [email protected] with the following details:

Email subject: Mobility Aid Recognition Scheme
Make & model of the scooter that will be used for travel
Contact details of the person using the mobility aid
- Full name
- Address
- Telephone number

Please note: Thames Clippers recognise the TfL Mobility Aid card, so if you have one of these, this is all you need to bring your mobility aid on board services.

Ticket restrictions

Return tickets cannot be used to travel on the Express or Request post-show sailings from The O2
Tickets are valid for the day selected when booking
Children under 4 travel free
Child tickets are valid for those aged between 4 and 15 and can only be purchased together with at least one Adult ticket. Please be aware that orders booked for Child tickets only will not be fulfilled
