London Shared Hot Tub Boat Guided Tour

Children information:

• Children aged 12 years old and above are allowed but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Guests aged 12-18 should not spend more than 10-15 minutes at a time in the water.
• Children also must wear a life jacket at all times.
• Parents or guardians must take responsibility for them during and after their trip.
• There must be a minimum of 2 adults on board at all times.

Ticket restrictions:

• This tour is unsuitable for anyone who is pregnant.

Additional information:

• You will participate in a shared experience with a group of up to seven people.
• You should be able to leave a form of ID and a bank card with the staff attending your trip.
• The hot tub water is refreshed each trip and it is heated to 38 degrees.
• Groups of up to 28 people can book, although they will be using multiple Hot Tub Boats at the same time.
• We recommend bringing your own swimwear, towel (also available for renting), and flip-flops/slippers.
• Waterproof tubs for phones, lockers, changing rooms, and a bathroom are available on-site.
• Also, all party members are allowed to bring two drinks on board and there is a selection of drinks you can choose from and buy on-site only on the day.
• A £100 deposit is taken before your trip and returned after it. At least one ID must also be left with the staff whilst you are on the boats.
• Note that all equipment should be returned on time, without any damage.
