- Wheelchair and users of small compact mobile scooters can access the building from the front using the ramp at the main entrance and entering via the ground floor reception and using the lift to the interactive exhibition gallery in the lower ground floor.

- The main entrance to the attraction is located in the courtyard of the building, just off Canada Boulevard, L3 1HU.
