(the “Promotion”)
1. Each subscriber from VisitEngland and VisitBritain Shop database who opted-in is rewarded with one voucher with a value of up to £15 (the “Voucher”) which shall be redeemable against a booking for a participating attraction detailed on https://www.visitbritainshop.com/gb/en/cadbury-win-day-remember and https://www.visitbritainshop.com/europe/en/cadbury-win-day-remember

3. The Promotion runs from 5 August to 4 November 2024 subject to availability and Vouchers must be redeemed by 24 November 2024
4. Only participating sightseeing tours are included in the Promotion. Please see and https://www.visitbritainshop.com/gb/en/cadbury-win-day-rememberhttps://www.visitbritainshop.com/europe/en/cadbury-win-day-remember for full details of participating attractions.
5. Vouchers can only be redeemed against the price of entry to a participating sightseeing tour. The full value of the Voucher must be used in one booking. If the value of the booking is less than £15 the remaining balance on the Voucher will be forfeit.
6. If a booking is cancelled by you or the participating attraction, the terms and conditions of that participating attraction will apply. The value of the Voucher will not be reimbursed in the case of any such cancellation.
7. Any Voucher offered under the Promotion cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
8. Vouchers are not valid for use in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
9. Vouchers are not negotiable or transferable. Vouchers are automatically void if sold, offered for sale, or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the voucher and/or unique code for value.
Eligibility
10. The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, except (a) VisitBritain/VisitEngland employees (b) employees of agents or suppliers who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
11. Persons under 18 years old are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Data Protection and Privacy
12. All personal information will be held and processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on visitbritainshop.com/gb/en/privacy-policy
General
13. VisitBritain/VisitEngland reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion (in whole or in part), at their sole discretion.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. VisitBritain/VisitEngland shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event which prevents a player from entering the Promotion
16. VisitBritain/VisitEngland accept no liability or responsibility of any nature in relation to the Voucher or in respect of any complaints regarding the use of the Voucher or the consequences of taking the Voucher to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. In addition, no responsibility is accepted by VisitBritain/VisitEngland for Vouchers lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any inconsistent terms or conditions relating to the Promotion contained in or referred to in any other document
19. The Promoters reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at their discretion without notice.
20. You must have an email address to participate in the Promotion (so that a confirmation email and e-ticket can be sent).
21. The Promotion is only available for products purchased for personal non-commercial use. The Promoter reserves the right to either refuse to issue Vouchers or cancel any issued or disallow their redemption where they have grounds to believe that usage is or maybe intended for commercial use.
