  • The single boarding pass ticket is valid from either Royal Victoria Docks or Greenwich Peninsula for one-way travel.
  • The Round-trip ticket is valid from either Royal Victoria Docks or Greenwich Peninsula for non-stop round-trip travel.
  • A maximum of 10 people are allowed per car.
  • Flight is 1km long at heights of up to 90m – nearly twice as high as the O2 Arena.
  • The IFS Cloud Cable Car flies between Royal Docks and Greenwich Peninsula.
  • Bicycles are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car at all times.
  • Journey times vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.
  • IFS Cloud Cable Car Line may temporarily close if there is a threat of lightning and thunder or extremely strong winds.

  • The opening hours of the cable car are seasonal.
  • Journey duration: approximately 10 minutes.
  • Experience times:
    • Weekdays between 7:00 am to 9:00 am: approx. 5 minutes
    • After 7:00 pm every day: 12 - 13min (night flight experience).
    • All other times: approx. 10 minutes
  • Frequency: every 30 seconds

The regular operating times are the following: 

Winter (1 October – 31 March)

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.
  • Friday: 7:00 am - 11:00 pm.
  • Saturday: 8:00 am - 11:00 pm
  • Sunday and bank holidays: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm

Summer (1st April – 30th September)

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:00 am – 11:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
  • Sunday and bank holidays: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm

Opening hours may be extended when local venues are hosting major events.
