- Once validated, you can hop-on hop-off an unlimited number of times within 24, 48 or 72 hours according to your chosen bus pass (1, 2 or 3 days pass).
- Just present your ticket to the driver before boarding. You can start the tour at any of the bus stops. Mobile tickets are accepted on board.
- Show your pass at Westminster or Tower piers ticket boxes for redeeming your one-way ride on a Thames River Cruise by CityCruises.
Children information
- Specially designed Children’s audio guides available in English and French (bus devices and Tootbus app).
- Children aged 16 or under should hold a ticket and be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children up to 4 years old can travel free of charge and are recommended to sit on an accompanying adult’s lap.
Accessibility information
- All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with ramps worked by the drivers.
- Drivers are instructed to assist you with anything you may need. Please do request them to activate the ramp if required.
- Guide dogs can be standing or sitting beside you.

- Animals (small ones and guide dogs) are accepted on board. Except for guide dogs, animals need to be positioned on your knees.
