- One adult can bring up to five children.

Ticket restrictions
- Minimum age: 8 years old.
- Minimum height: 1.2m.
- Maximum weight: each participant must not weigh more than 130kg/286lbs.
- Maximum measurements: maximum waist measurement 125cm, maximum upper thigh measurement 75cm.
- Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded.

- We recommend participants to wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
- Participants must wear socks.

- This climb is available at varying times daily from 10:00am to 5:45pm.
How to get there
- Underground: Take Jubilee Line in Zones 2 and 3 to North Greenwich station.
- Bus: 108, 129, 132, 161, 188, 422, 472 or 486 all stop at North Greenwich station.
- River: Take the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. The River Bus stops at 23 piers across the capital linking North Greenwich directly to central London.
- Car: Inside the M25 and outside the Congestion Zone. The O2 is signposted from the M25, the A2 and A20 (from the South East), and the M11 (from the North). You can park in car parks 2, 3 or 4 for an additional price. These are the O2’s non-event car park zones.
- Cable Car: Cabins arrive every 30 seconds and a single crossing takes 10 minutes.
