All of the boats have audible next stop announcements on board. If you have difficulty hearing, please ask one of the crew to indicate your stop to you once on board
Guide or Assistance dog are permitted on board without charge
Mobility aids:
For safety reasons, we are not able to accommodate all mobility aids. In order to board with your mobility scooter, it must first be reviewed by the Safety Team.

Single tickets are valid for travel in the Central and East Zones
Single tickets cannot be used to travel on the Express or Request post-show sailings from The O2
