- Children under 7 years old are free of charge
- Children aged 7-15 will need to buy a child ticket
- Buggies may be taken anywhere and baby-changing facilities are available
- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or more

- The British Music Experience’s accessible entrance is at Brunswick Street
- Wheelchairs can circulate across all spaces within the venue
- Loop systems are available in all audio areas and visitors with hearing aids should switch to the ‘T’ setting
- There are audio guides, with printed versions available on request, and a free-of-charge audio-described guide
- Assistance dogs are welcome and guides include British Sign Language
- Carers are entitled to a free ticket when requested by any customer requiring assistance
