- Baby changing facilities available.
- Breastfeeding friendly site throughout (although, a private space is available on request).
- High chairs and children’s meals available at the cafe.
- Children under 4 years old access is free of charge.
- Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or more.

- Free entry to all dedicated carers accompanying a disabled paying visitor.
- All guide and assistance dogs for any visitor are welcome.
- Level access to all areas for wheelchairs and mobility scooters including the entrance, galleries and café.
- The museum has two wheelchairs available for visitor use.
