Ticket restrictions

  • Tickets for this experience cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Concession ticket holders may be asked to show a valid ID upon visiting the attraction.
  • Subject to activity taking place on stage due to the nature of the working theatre, certain restrictions may apply on your tour, including photography. 
  • Please be aware that The Globe is a working theatre. In the rare instance of unplanned rehearsals / performances / events the tours will not operate.

Shakespeare’s Globe Guided Tours live date and timeslot availability can be seen upon booking. 

Duration: Approximately 2 hours (including a 50-minute guided tour and self-guided time in the exhibition area)

Recommended arrival time: 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.
