Upon visiting the attraction, please join the standard queue (queue A). The time booked (and displayed on your ticket) is the time to join the boarding line.
Waiting time may vary depending on when you visit. During peak periods the waiting time before boarding may be longer.
- Children under 2 can go in for free but must have a valid ticket (see ‘Ticket restrictions’)
- Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, aged 18+ (see ‘Ticket restrictions’)
- A pushchair/buggy can come with you onto the London Eye but it must remain completely closed/folded throughout the experience, including on the entrance and exit ramps
- The attraction is accessible to wheelchair users
- Assisted boarding service available for disabled guests
- Free entry available for one carer accompanying disabled customers
- Due to health and safety regulations, each pod on the London Eye can accommodate up to two wheelchair users, with a total of eight allowed on the London Eye at any given time. Please contact us in advance to create a wheelchair booking for you

- Child tickets must be booked together with at least one Adult ticket
