Frequently asked questions
-
What is The London Pass®?
If you want to visit several London attractions in a short period of time (and save time and money while doing so), this sightseeing pass is the perfect option for you!
The London Pass® is your ticket to more than 85 of the capital’s best sights and attractions, all for one great-value price!
-
How does The London Pass® Work?
Once you’ve received your pass, head to the attraction of your choice, scan your pass at the gate and start exploring (yes, it’s really that easy!) The pass will automatically activate at the first attraction you visit, and pass credits will be deducted as you enter each attraction. Your pass automatically expires at the end of your chosen duration.
Credits Value
The London Pass® is loaded with a “credits value” which reflects maximum gate prices (a total value of attraction entries) as well as the number of days selected. Credits will be deducted upon each attraction entry.
The credits value is the maximum amount you are able to use based on the standard gate price for each attraction. For example, with a 6 day Adult London Pass (pay £179) you can visit attractions up to the total attraction cost of £665.
Here is a breakdown of the max credits value for each London Pass:
- 1 Day - £165 Adult / 150 Child
- 2 Day - £265 Adult / £235 Child
- 3 Day - £335 Adult / £305 Child
- 4 Day - £470 Adult / £375 Child
- 5 Day - £575 Adult / £440 Child
- 6 Day - £665 Adult/ £490 Child
- 7 Day - £750 Adult / £530 Child
- 10 Day - £825 Adult / £570 Child
If you want to check your remaining credits, you can call the London Pass Customer Service team +44 20 7293 0972.
