Ticket restrictions
- Tickets for this attraction cannot be exchanged
- No food or drinks, except for bottled water, are allowed during the visit
- Animals, with the exception of guide, hearing or assistance animals, will not be admitted to the Palace
Additional information
- We inform our visitors that there may be additional airport-style security checks upon arrival at the venue. Please try to bring as little as possible with you to ensure you can get through security more quickly
- The Gallery has a cloakroom where you may store coats and bags free of charge for the duration of your visit. Some items are not permitted into the exhibition space and must be stored in the cloakroom, such as long umbrellas and large bags
- Please note that very large suitcases and heavy luggage may only be permitted at the discretion of staff, and provided the items are able to pass through the security scanner
- It is recommended for visitors to wear comfortable shoes during the tour
The King’s Gallery live date and timeslot availability can be seen upon booking. Note that the gallery is part of a working royal palace so sometimes closures can happen at short notice.
