London Tower Bridge ticket restrictions

  • Tickets for the Tower Bridge are non-refundable, non-amendable and non-exchangeable.
  • Concessions are available for seniors with a valid ID.

Additional information

  • Entry into the Walkways cannot be guaranteed for a specific time at peak times or during Bridge Lifts.
  • Our queues are outside so check the weather.
  • Wear comfortable shoes for walking up the Tower (lifts will be available for those who require them).
  • Be aware that only small bags are permitted and all bags are subject to search.

Recommended arrival time: Visitors are advised to arrive at their booked entry time slot.

The London Marathon race route will travel over Tower Bridge on Sunday 27 April. The Bridge and surrounding roads will be very busy, but the attraction will be open to the public all day.
