Children information

  • Children aged 5 to 8 admitted with parent/guardian permission.
  • Children aged 4 and under will not be admitted to the Dungeon.

Accessibility information

  • Please note: There are loud noises and jump scares.
  • One carer can receive free entry per disabled guest.
  • There are some restrictions for visitors with mobility issues. Please contact us for more information.

Ticket restrictions

  • Children aged 4 and under will not be admitted to the Dungeon.
  • Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Unaccompanied 16-17 year olds must bring proof of their age in the form of ID or a parent/guardian letter.

Additional information

  • A few shows have special effects that are not recommended for pregnant guests or those with back or leg issues. In these shows actors will ask if any guests are pregnant, this is your cue to raise your hand and wave, to let them know you need moving to a ‘safe’ area.
  • Opening times vary from day to day. Please contact us for details.
  • Tours last approximately one hour, no matter what time you enter. This excludes queuing times which may vary.
  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the timeslot shown on your ticket.
