    • Only a child under 3 years old travels (on parents laps) free of charge, the rest must hold a valid Child ticket
    • If you are travelling with more than one child aged 0-3, you will need to purchase a Child ticket for each additional child
    • Children under 15 years-old must travel accompanied by a paying adult aged 16 or over
    • Children aged 15 and over can travel on their own, although unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian

    • The National Express tickets are not amendable. You will not be able to edit your order once you start the checkout process
    • It is not possible to reserve seats on the travels from the airport into Central London
    • The maximum number of tickets per order is six. For larger groups, a second order will be required

    • Your luggage will be loaded by National Express staff and unloaded at your destination
      • Baggage allowance:
        • 2 x medium suitcases (20kg per case) and one piece of hand luggage per person. Extra luggage will incur an extra charge
