Children information

  • Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Accessibility information

  • Emirates Stadium boasts excellent disabled facilities and all levels are accessible by lift. Registered disabled guests qualify for concession discount and can bring along one carer free of charge. Disabled parking is available for guests with a valid Blue Badge. Parking must be pre-booked 72 hours in advance.
  • We have 30 handsets on site that are loaded with the BSL tour, no pre-booking is required
  • Registered guide dogs, hearing dogs and medical alert dogs are allowed on the Stadium Tour route and in the Museum. Please ensure you bring formal identification for your dog on the day. We do not allow any other dogs or pets.
  • Please contact our customer services team before booking should you require further accessibility information regarding the experience.

Ticket restrictions

  • Once guests have exited the Stadium or Museum, there is no re-entry.

Additional information

  • The Arsenal Museum closes 30 minutes after the Stadium Tours.

Duration: Approximately one hour for the Stadium Tour visit and approximately thirty minutes for the Museum. 

Regular operating times are:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 04:00pm (last entry 03:00pm)
  • Saturday: 10:00am – 05:00pm (last entry 04:00pm)
  • Sunday: 10:00am – 04:00pm (last entry 03:00pm)

Amended hours will be in place on home match days and the days around weekend home matches.

  • The Stadium Tours departure entrance is located within the Armoury Store in the Stadium
  • Nearest tube station: Arsenal 
  • Nearest train: Kings Cross (national rail) or Finsbury Park station (overground)
