Children information:

  • Under 3’s may travel free if they are not occupying a seat. If you would like them to have their own space, please reserve a child seat.

Accessibility information:

  • The heritage trams have restricted accessibility due to their historic age and design.
  • There is a 12- to 16-inch (30-40cm) step to climb onto the tram and some trams have a similar step once on board.
  • Whilst the conductors will help you board they cannot provide direct physical assistance.
  • The tour can accommodate a folded wheelchair.
  • If the weather is unsuitable for an open top tram or in the unlikely event that the tram is not operational, an alternate tram may be substituted from the iconic heritage fleet.

Ticket restrictions:

  • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Hours of operation are from 07:00pm - 09.00pm.
