- Only folding wheelchairs are allowed on board the coaches.
- Assistance dogs are permitted on board.
- You will also be required to climb the stairs on and off the coach with assistance from your helper. Buses staff are not able to assist due to Health and Safety reasons.

- The ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours from the moment you board the bus.
Please dress appropriately, keep in mind the weather in Belfast can be cold at any time of the year: comfortable shoes and warm clothing.

- Duration: 75-90 minutes.
- Anytime ticket holders should arrive at least 30 minutes before their chosen timeslot at peak times.
- If the last timeslot of the day is full, the ticket’s provider will honour the ticket for the following day.
