Riders must wear their helmet at all times.
There will be an accessories pack for off-site hires including a lock, tool, tube and pump*.
Riders will have a support phone number available 9am - 5pm for telephone assistance.
The provider gives a damage waiver away so you will be protected against accidental damage to the bike (excluding loss/damage of accessories and self-inflating).
