- Good general physical fitness and confident swimmer
Ticket restrictions
- You must be over 17 years old and have had a training session with the school or another SUP to participate in a social paddleboard session.
Additional information
- Staff will issue the kit with relevant safety advice.
- Come with spare dry clothes (apart from those to wear on the water), water shoes, a towel and sun cream.
The Social Paddle experience live date and times can be seen upon booking.
The regular operating times for hiring are the following:
- Thursday: 7:00 am.
- Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 am.

- Address: Firestone Arch Royal William Yard, Plymouth, Devon, PL1 3RP.
- Directions: Come through the main entrance to Royal William Yard and turn left. The South West Stand Up Paddle (SUP) School is by the arch that looks through on to the water. There is plenty of parking space.
- Nearest train station: Plymouth.
