The London Eye River Cruise
The experience operates daily with the first cruise departing at 10:45am. Last cruise departure varies throughout the year.
Recommended arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your cruise time.

Opening times vary throughout the year, however, the regular opening times are:
Monday to Sunday: 11.00am - 06.00pm
Closures: 9 - 29 January 2023

Live date and time availability can be seen at the moment of booking.
You will then be shown the attractions included within your booking. You now need to click modify on the attractions to book or modify your timeslot. This timeslot must be within 90 days from the day of purchase.
When clicking modify on any of the attractions, you will be shown a calendar. Use this calendar along with the provided time slots to choose a time slot that best suits you. Red timeslots show a conflict with a timeslot you have already chosen on a different attraction.
Once all the attractions have been booked click on view tickets to print or download your tickets. (Please note that the access to the portal is done using a no-reply@ email, therefore the use of email itinerary will not work on this occasion).
The London Eye Pier is the departing point and on route, you will see the House of Parliament, though to The Tower of London and Tower Bridge, where you will return to The London Eye Pier.
