Uber Boat by Thames Clippers Single Ticket and IFS Cloud Cable Car

In order to redeem your Uber Boat by Thames Clippers Single Ticket, please print off your e-voucher or show on your mobile phone at any of the staffed piers listed below (ticket offices are open between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm) on your selected date of travel:

• North Greenwich Pier - Olympian Way, Greenwich Peninsula, London, SE10 0PE

• Tickets are only valid to be used on the date selected at the moment of booking.

Children information

• Children under the age of 4 travel free.
• Child tickets can only be purchased together with at least one Adult ticket. Please be aware that orders booked for Child tickets only will not be fulfilled.

Accessibility information

Hop-On Hop-Off Uber Boat by Thames Clippers:

• All boats are wheelchair and pram accessible and ramps are used when boarding.
• All piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible with the exception of Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.
• All of the boats have audible next stop announcements on board, letting passengers know which stop is coming up. If you have difficulty hearing, please ask one of the crew to indicate your stop to you once on board.
• Guide or Assistance dog are permitted on board without charge. 

Mobility aids:

For safety reasons, we are not able to accommodate all mobility aids. In order to board with your mobility scooter, it must first be reviewed by the Safety Team. 

To check if your mobility scooter can be accommodated on the vessels and to receive your Mobility Aid Card, please email [email protected] with the following details:

• Email subject: Mobility Aid Recognition Scheme
• Make & model of the scooter that will be used for travel
• Contact details of the person using the mobility aid
• • Full name
  • Address
  • Telephone number

Please note: Thames Clippers recognise the TfL Mobility Aid card, so if you have one of these, this is all you need to bring your mobility aid on board services.

IFS Cloud Cable Car:

• The IFS Cloud Cable Car has step-free access, and is accessible to most wheelchairs including motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The maximum weight is 300kg and the maximum size is 700mm by 1300mm. You my be asked to confirm dimensions of your scooter and a check maybe conducted using a floor marking to make sure you can board safely.

• Customers get on and off through the same doors and there may not be enough space for you to turn round. This means you may have to reverse your wheelchair or scooter to get in or out of the cabin.

• The cable cars can be slowed down to allow you plenty of time to board.

• Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be turned off inside the cars.

Ticket restrictions

• Child tickets can only be purchased together with at least one Adult ticket. Please be aware that orders booked for Child tickets only will not be fulfilled.
• Tickets are valid for the day selected when booking.
• Single tickets are valid for travel in the Central and East Zones.

• Bicycles and e-bikes are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car at all times.
