Upon arrival you must go to the London Eye VIP desk 15 minutes prior to your Champagne Experience and bring your barcoded e-ticket to access the attraction.
The time booked (and displayed on your ticket) is the time to attend the VIP desk.

Children under 2 can go in for free but must have a valid ticket. Up to three free infants can be issued per booking allowed.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult, aged 18+.
Children under the age of 18 are permitted in the capsule but will not be served alcohol (usually water, orange juice or apple juice).
A pushchair / buggy can come with you onto the London Eye but it must remain completely closed/folded throughout the experience, including on the entrance and exit ramps.
