Prepare for the experience
- Once validated, you can hop-on hop-off an unlimited number of times within 24, 48 or 72 hours according to your chosen bus pass (1, 2 or 3 days pass).
- Just present your ticket to the driver before boarding. You can start the tour at any of the bus stops. Mobile tickets are accepted on board.
Children information
- Specially designed Children’s audio guides available in English and French (bus devices and Tootbus app).
- Children aged 16 or under should hold a ticket and be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children up to 4 years old can travel free of charge and are recommended to sit on an accompanying adult’s lap.
Accessibility information
- All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with ramps worked by the drivers.
- Drivers are instructed to assist you with anything you may need. Please do request them to activate the ramp if required.
- Guide dogs can be standing or sitting beside you.
- Please contact us if you require further accessibility information.
Additional information
- To follow our busses in real time, please download the bu tour provider’s app from your App Store.
- The audio guide commentary is available in English, French, Spanish, German and Italian on the bus devices and on the Tootbus app.
- Supply of free earphones on board the bus available. Although you can bring your own.
- No food is allowed on board the coach.
- Animals (small ones and guide dogs) are accepted on board. Except for guide dogs, animals need to be positioned on your knees.

- Daily:
- Yellow route: buses every 20-35 mins (Monday-Thursday) and 15-30 min (Friday-Sunday).
- Monday-Thurday: from 09:00am (first departure) to 4:35 pm (last departure).
- Friday-Sunday: from 09:00am (first departure) to 4:10 pm (last departure).
- Blue route: buses every 20-30 mins on the blue route.
- First: from 09:00 am (first departure) to 04:00pm (last departure).
- Yellow route: buses every 20-35 mins (Monday-Thursday) and 15-30 min (Friday-Sunday).
